Great food as always and great customer service! Hadn't been to South Park Food Court in years. Good choice!

I clearly ordered two separate cheeseburgers—one with three toppings and another with three toppings. After waiting 20 minutes, I received only one cheeseburger, and it had six toppings instead. I had to pay again for the additional cheeseburger, and there was no apology offered for the mistake.

I enjoy their fries, but I have to ask why you would have a new employee working on a Friday night. It took him nearly an hour to prepare just some fries.

This store never gets my order right when I place with uber eats... Courtney needs to take a customer service course as she's rude and doesn't know how to deal with end customers. Very disappointed as I'm a huge 5 Guys fan. Will start ordering from a different location as this location has forever lost my business after today.

This Five Guys location consistently exceeds expectations. The customer service is outstanding, and the food is always delicious. However, today I had the best burger I've ever had from a Five Guys— and I eat there quite frequently! Without a doubt, this is the best Five Guys I've visited.
