Firehouse Subs Whitehall - Charlotte

The friendliest staff and incredibly delicious food! I highly recommend this restaurant. It's an excellent place to enjoy a meal.

I visited Firehouse Subs on South Tryon on April 5, 2022, and wasn't sure what to order. A gentleman named Quan recommended the Jerk Chicken, and once I agreed to try it, he prepared it for me. Wow! He did an incredible job, and I thoroughly enjoyed the sub as well as his excellent service. Thank you, Quan! I truly appreciate it. It was DELICIOUS!

Pretty good, but the pickles were 100% frozen. In having Firehouse for years, various cities and states, I have never gotten frozen pickles with my sandwich before.

Food was great. Customer service not the best it could be. I know its a job but smile and use more than a one word vocabulary

I really love this place! The owner, Rick, is fantastic and always greets me by name whenever I come in.
