Firehouse Subs Northlake Mall

This is NOT the place for your lunch break. We waited for our subs for over 45 minutes. You selected the 15 online orders before all orders in the shop. That's the worst service place. I'm sorry, but you need to find out a much better and more effective system to keep the online and in-store orders separate. Yes, the staff is a problem nowadays, but in the meantime something has to be implemented for more satisfied customers. We won't come back.

The worst customer service I've ever seen. After we waited 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that we had gone to the restaurant. I left. Because I could say she wouldn't help me. And there was only one lady in the restaurant waiting. I have never seen such obvious and deliberate disregard for a customer. I took a video from her that ignored me in the last six minutes. Because I thought no one would believe that someone could be so rude. FIREHOF This is the kind of people you want to represent your business. By the way, this happened on Sunday 10-9-22 at the Northlake Mall 6pm. Your staff is rude! I hope she's not a manager!

My dental office is right across the street, so I decided to give them a try. I had the warm jerk turkey sandwich and chicken dumpling soup. While the sandwich was very delicious I didn?t taste any jerk seasoning or sauce-ugh disappointed. The soup was good as well. The service was super slow, I mean really slow.

Spent my entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich... It took 8 minutes for someone to walk up to the register, I ordered at 11:50 and didn't get my sandwich til 12:20. No manager ever walked out to help even tho they called for them and this isn't an isolated event, it takes forever when you order thru UberEATS and they get my order wrong every time. I love Firehouse but until they build another one closer to me, I'm done.

Very slow service with four people behind the counter and 8 people waiting for orders. For about 30 minutes here. Gentleman next to me had made the same sandwich wrong three times. Will not be back to this place. Expectations were not very high, but it seems to go everywhere worse in these days.
