I do not know what other people are talking about regarding the staff being nice.... They are rude. I called no one answered it was in regards to an order I placed and no answer so I called back 3 more times and finally got the manager and she told me I didn't have to keep calling like that. I mean really. I just wanted to ask if they could put a knife and butter in the bag. That was it. She tells me she has a business to run, well part of your business to run is customer service along with answering the phone. Definitely will be the last time I order from here. I have worked at a Dunkin before and I am an everyday customer and to me this was the worse experience I have ever had
