Domino's Pizza - Charlotte

So that's my second time order the Pasta bowl from this place and someone has to work there or just it doesn't matter to me that I didn't say anything when I first ordered the pasta primavera that had no han in it because it was hot and had all the others, but this time I did hawn and speck, but nothing else. this place needs some quality control bad

The ordered pizzas and tracker were delivered, but the pizza was not delivered. noted missed call that I thought was the driver, but when I returned it a minute later no answer. after four could not reach anyone. so the driver number called again and someone answered. They claimed that the first driver had forgotten the order so that another driver had to bring it. it came over an hour late and cold. the driver refused to deliver to my door to leave the pizza with concierge after a problematic order. all other drivers bring it to the door. very hard to get good customer service I appreciate- and it does not help if the store manager does not answer any calls. from this place never order again. the pizza was not worth the money after the arrival cold and dry

Always fast deliveries and eating is always hot and tasty. never had a bad experience at this place in the 4 years I lived here.

Last night, I placed an online order that took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. However, the tracker indicated that it was delivered 20 minutes earlier. When the pizza finally arrived, it was very cold and had a somewhat chewy texture. I can't comment on how it might have tasted fresh, but what I received was completely unacceptable.

Did not receive the pizza I ordered, nor did I get a receipt. When I called the store to let them know, I was met with a HORRIBLE attitude by the guy on the phone. Literally huffing and puffing and blowing hard because of it. I made a comment on his horrible customer service and asked to speak to someone else. He kept cutting me off RUDE as hell. Tone was nasty. Told me he would send out another pizza then hung up on me. Don't work customer service if you're gonna be nasty to people for wanting what they paid for!
