Delgado's Fuego - Charlotte

Their Peruvian hot sauce is amazing! The rocoto pepper has such a great flavor and spice. They make a green sauce as well. Handmade by the Delgado father/son team.

ONE OF THE BEST FLAVORFUL SAUCES! Our favorite is the Misti Uchu (orange sauce, medium heat). It upgrades our meals. We love it on eggs, hashbrowns, grilled chicken, empanadas, beef taquitos, etc. This sauce is a hidden gem in the Carolinas!

This is hands down the best Hot Sauce I have ever tried! Made with a delicious Peruvian rocoto and other herbs. If you haven’t tried it you should do it now, it will totally change your world!
