Dakshin Indian Grill - Charlotte

The food here is quite good, but the terrace atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The dishes are definitely different from the typical offerings at most Indian restaurants in the area. We ordered Tandoori roti, cauliflower pepper fry, curry shaker, and chicken Manchurian, all of which were very tasty. However, I noticed that the Tandoori roti wasn't made entirely from whole wheat; it was primarily all-purpose flour, though it still tasted pretty good. Overall, I would rate it four stars for the food, but I’m giving it three stars due to the need for improvements in the terrace ambiance. I’ll upload some pictures that will speak for themselves.

Recently, their menu prices increase to all items and do not taste well at all and I found rock in my fried rice. Luckily I found something in my mouth when I swallowed or crushed? His spicy at all, I ordered with spicy .

Wonderful place for Indian food. Always delicious, large portions, good value and service. Would recommend and will be back.

A few weeks ago, I dined at this restaurant with a friend and I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. The ambiance was lovely, but the food truly was exceptional! Dakshin is a hidden gem in South Charlotte.

I have had quite a few dishes from Dakshin in the past, including the chicken 777 which is my favorite. Their menu has a lot of variety that satisfies both vegetarians and non-veg lovers. My personal favorite would be the bejawada chicken biryani.The staff are also very friendly. It?s definitely my go to spot!
