Crispy Banh Mi - Charlotte

This establishment consistently pumps out a great product. I come all the way from Columbia, SC for their Banh Mi Sandwiches and especially the Fried Quail. The service is great and the food is delicious. I wish we had one in Columbia that dedicated. Maybe someday.

I’ve been ordering from Crispy Banh Mi since summer started and I’ve tried to let it go but today is my last straw with the girl that works up front at the location in Ayrsley Town. She never greets you as you come in the door and she doesn’t seem to want to answer to any questions, ever. One time she actually hung up the phone without saying anything! I’m a manager at a buffet, I understand how customers can be but I’m just letting y’all know you’ll lose your money by allowing a child who don’t know customer service work there. Only 2 stars cause the food. But SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Affordable but mediocre Vietnamese food Pros were only three dollars to add on extra beef, however, the portion was actually smaller than I imagined it was going to be. Noodles, veggies, and peanut sauce were good.‍ The fish sauce dressing was really lacking. I was surprised that it was so flavorless, considering that I've had amazing fish sauce based condiments in other Vietnamese inspired establishments. Truly, I threw this away. I ended up making my own dressing with sweet chili to add flavor. this bowl is meant to be eaten on the same day. When I tried to use the leftovers the following day, the noodles were stale and the veggies were wilted. I wouldn't recommend ordering a large bowl with extra portions after this experience. Stick to something you will eat and want in one go! Lesson learned. Total Spend: $17

This one sucks its an issue every time at this location.. placed our order online for the vegetarian protein.. we've had this a thousand times.. this time they give us tofu which is an entirely different option on their own menu.

Food good but service poor. They are understaffed. 5 of us ordered together and they brought out food out staggers over a 25 min period. Some are and had to leave before some even got our food.
