Cook Out - Charlotte

I love cooking, but this place must be closed. there is no consistency in the food, the personal is met or miss, usually miss, they are slow, even if there are not many or any customers, sometimes eating is warm other paint is not, etc. my recent visit in this place was particularly disappointing. I order the same each time. a large double stick with everything and bee, Cajun frits, chickenerquesadilla and a mr pibb.1 the chickenerquesadilla had no hen in it.2 the Cajun frits were cold, soggy and had not seasoned cajun on them3. the burger had hardly beaten, I asked for about 6 times during our interaction and it had no cheese yet, and the Hamburger patents were thin, owal in shape and hardly covered 1 2 of the bungalow. I've got a hate in the ground with tweeper and ketchup and sneak on it. they managed to get the drink order right. you should all be ashamed to serve food in this condition and try to leave it as a meal.

Fast service, delicious food and great prices. kitchen out is consistently charlottes best fast food! is that everyone else knows that the lines are always long.

First I try to order a lauftaco that they did not even put in my pocket. the second time that she put in the gonaco was acidic sawn and chili. service is slow. The food was good, but the guy who went through the drive was useless. he was rude over the intercom. He almost lost everything he gave me. He threw the door after giving me my drink. I needed sauces, so I sat there and he stared at me. his eyes were perhaps a fixed 3mm open. I'm going out of this to go to another place.

Never eating there again. Employees are rude and careless. Will rush you off and give you attitude if you ask for anything such as sauces….doesn’t even take the time to make sure you got everything you ordered and will slam the drive through window in your face. Will never do business with this cookout. I understand they’re constantly busy but the customer service is horrible! Save your time and money people.
