Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

My coworker and I both ordered lunch from this restaurant. Unfortunately, our orders were completely wrong, with missing paid toppings. The customer service was disappointing, as they only offered a buy one get one free deal as compensation. It doesn't make sense for me to return and pay for more food and extra toppings when they couldn't get my first order right and didn't do anything to fix the mistake.

The location of this restaurant is very poorly managed. Unfortunately, we forgot to place their order and proceeded to ignore them for the next 10 minutes while attending to other customers who came in after them. Many items on the menu were unavailable, which was not communicated to the customer. Even ordering queso without chips seemed like a challenge. If Chipotle corporate had a list of bottom-tier locations, this one would surely be on it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible. My order was handed to me carelessly and they forgot my side of guacamole. Save yourself time and frustration and choose another Chipotle location.

I never had a queen as dry as this one. the tortilla was burned, I asked for double rice and didn't get it! there was no care or time to make my food and that is a shame! it is hard to find people who actually take their jobs seriously. it wasn't in it either! I work too hard to get this kind of treatment! this place has to rethink their setting decisions! if I try to complain, I can never get a living person! I work 12 hours and get only a 30-minute lunch break, and this quesadilla just made my day 5 hours longer!

Always love Chipotle! Good location in the city with parking. Only negative was that it took a little while to order since only one person was taking orders and adding all the ingredients. May have been short staffed at the time.
