Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

I just want to start with Summer Brown being an AMAZING manager!!! We had taken a problem with our pickup order from someone else and have to wait longer than expected that our order will be re-created, and Summer treated and solved our problem super fast. She went beyond and beyond and made us feel really appreciated customers! The other team members were also happy, friendly and helpful. I would go out my way just to visit this place, for a great experience and amazing employees! Great job Chipotle team at Potomac River??

Some of the worst food I've ever ordered. Small portions...

This is the best chipotle I've ever set foot. No lie, I have no idea how the staff is so efficient. They get people in and out very quickly, but they're not rude at all. Eating is always at the point. I'm going out to go to this chipotle because I know I'm gonna get Grade A service.

I don't believe in the chip delivery at this place. it seems every time I order the delivery wrong. presentation of packaging and temperature of foods always give the idea that these workers do not gaf, as they make their food. Condiments are always lacking, no utensils as desired, only simple negligence. they can be busy or can produce quality quickly. at this place I will not order the delivery from this place or another. only a better experience by going into the inner and even then cutting it close.

I must say that i had the best burrito by far the other day, from this location! i couldn't believe how fresh delicious every single bite was. i have never finished a full chipotle burrito before but i couldn't stop eating this one. thanks to the guy who made the best burrito of my life!
