This was the third Chili's restaurant that we visited tonight for problems with short staff, and I must say even though short staff, the customer service at this point was amazing! Our Naimah server was very attentive and friendly despite numerous other tables. The manager Kerri is incredible and seems to be one of the hardest working people I've ever seen in a facility. Kerri was very pleased to welcome us on our arrival, and later I saw them working in the bar, cleaning tables and seating of other guests. I actually liked not to visit this place in the past, but tonight I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

We visited a random Monday in March at 2 a.m. and everything was extraordinary. Service was fast and efficient, lunch specialties were good for the portions. Salad was crunchy and fresh, and burgers were cooked for perfection. We need to be back on a busy day to know safely, but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
