Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

The quality and service at this restaurant have significantly declined. My mother and I encountered issues with our last two orders. The management refused to issue a refund. After being told to pull out of the drive-thru to wait for her order, my mother was offered a cookie or brownie. She waited for 10-15 minutes before going inside. I later realized some items were missing from my order, returned to the restaurant, and the manager denied my request for a refund, simply throwing the salad I had purchased into the garbage and offering new ones instead. The manager was not at all customer-friendly. I would recommend the Blakeney or Waverly locations instead. This used to be a great spot, but not anymore.

The service was disappointing. This is the first time I've had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A. The fries were cold, and there was no option to choose our sauces when ordering. We also had to wait for our drinks in the car.

The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the staff had a wonderful attitude. The prices were excellent for the quality you receive. Every penny spent was well worth it.

Great food, even better service. Had a problem with one of my orders, where I was inadvertently accused twice, the manager immediately called me back and made it right! We always have a great experience here and will come back

The design of curbside pickup at the Charlotte Stonecrest location (7910 Rea Rd) is so poorly designed that it is dangerous. The curbside parking spots are laid out perpendicular to and in-between two moving drive through lines. The drive through line that runs behind the curbside spots completely blocks the ability to reverse out of the spots and exit the parking lot. There is extremely limited visibility and tight spacing, so you basically have to inch backward into the packed drive-through line and bully your way into a rare spot in between moving cars, which could easily result in fender benders. The first time I did curbside there, I expressed concern and the employee who delivered my meal walked behind my car and stopped oncoming traffic so I had a safe path to exit. At today's visit, stating the same concern, the employee did absolutely nothing and I was lucky to get out of there without getting hit. I will never go to this location again unless something is done with this horrid design.
