Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I had to wait five minutes at the counter for a takeout drink that they forgot to include with my order. Meanwhile, employees just walked around, seemingly indifferent to my situation. I won't be coming back.

I encountered several issues with my order. Some items were either incorrect or missing, and they packed my yogurt with the hot food, causing it to warm up. Additionally, I received a pack of open granola. I had to ask the cashier to contact the manager twice before she managed to bring someone over, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the manager, just another staff member. Eventually, a trainer had to request that a manager come out. On a positive note, the trainer was very courteous and resolved the issue by correcting my order. After asking for a manager three times and returning the incorrect items, I finally received what I had paid for. I would recommend choosing a different location if you want to ensure your order is correct the first time.

Another employee taking orders was busy chatting with a friend in the car ahead of me. While I understand socializing is normal, it looks unprofessional when the business is so backed up. Customers like me, who are frustrated about the delay, deserve some attention. I get that being short-staffed can be tough, but that shouldn’t create a negative atmosphere for customers. The person at the receipt stand was polite, but the overall experience left much to be desired. When I finally received my food, it was crammed into a small to medium-sized white bag that seemed ready to burst—I even asked for a larger bag. The fries were sticking out over the top, the box for the grilled chicken sandwich was squished flat, and the nuggets beneath were even more smashed. To top it off, the fries were soggy. Overall, it was just another frustrating experience for me.

I enjoy the food at any Chick-fil-A; but eating here gave me one of the worst food poisoning?s I?ve ever experienced in my life. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Also, the accuracy of my orders are kinda low here.

Im sorry I love Chick-fil-A but this location needs to get it together! The last 3 times i have been here they have gave me an incorrect order and not only that, I order the same thing each time I come and the price is always different. Please, for thelove of god figure it out!
