Chicken King - Charlotte

So I went in on a Wednesday or Thursday evening about 45 minutes before closing time and tried to order 7 cheeseburgers.. nothing special and they said they just straight up were not going to make it. They said it's too much work. That's absolutely ridiculous, I'm not a line cook but I can turn my stove on, season patties cut all the stuff to put on it cook them all, plate ready in 30 minutes. So tell me how a restaurant with a grill ready to go, patties ready to cook, and everything else for a burger ready to go already and they can't do it. I will never be there again and I come often. And I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't go there either

Website said you close at 8:30 pm I came in the restaurant at 7:17pm she asked did I have a door dash and I said no …. It wasn’t no apology or nothing just oh WE CLOSED! but I clearly could walk inside the restaurant!!! Sometimes all it takes is professionalism honestly .

Very good! I will return to try more items. They need larger space and updated equipment. Made up for it with price and customer service.

Although the service was great, the food wasn't that great. I ordered a chicken salad and it was soggy, the chicken was hard, and the only thing I liked were the fries
