It took me 28 minutes to receive my meal, with no apologies or smiles from the staff. They were busy chatting with someone from Wendy's in the dining room, despite only having 3 employees running the restaurant. As a former district manager for Wendy's, I was disappointed in the lack of managerial presence. This experience was a disappointment and a disservice to Dave Thomas' legacy.
The food quality at this chicken joint is below average. The service is quick.
