I got the completely wrong order and when I asked for a refund, I was suspended. I can't even eat this, so it just has to go to waste and I have nothing to eat for lunch. I can't believe they're sewing on me when I tried to call and tell them they screwed up my order. I will never go to this place again, they have no idea what they are doing here and are incredibly rude.

I do not get the negative reviews, the personal was very friendly and helpful. eating was fresh and hot, everything went smooth and fast when I went to drivethru.

First a worker was rude to me! eating was good as usual, so three stars. I asked about a sosse in the window because this place always forgets to put it in the pocket. the worker got a job when I asked(nicely) and told me it was an additional fee.

Look at the terrible reviews of the “short” “rude” “older” woman during the breakfast period, which is consistently respectful and rude for people of the color. she is a racist old Asian woman called wilma. Yes, she is a racist old Asian woman. chickfila should be in time to approach her before the community does her own.

Look at all the complaints about rude, racist and unaccommodating staff…WILMA is the WORST of them all.Its really simple, if a customer asks for “honey butter on the side”, or sauces… just give the customer what they asked for. No need to go back and forth over HONEY BUTTER. “We cant charge for it so I am not going to give it to you” this Wicked Witch of the East said to me this morning.No other CFA charges for honey butter or sauces… what ever happened to “my pleasure”?????
