Buffalo Wild Wings - Charlotte

Always enjoy this place. Especially on Thursday for BOGO Day. Sometimes sitting and alcohol situations here are strange, but overall a good place to come eat some wings and watch the game.

This place used to be really good, but recently we found ourselves disappointed every time. We arrived at 9:41. We're going to sit on a nice young lady. After she had set us, no one came to welcome us or to take our order by 10:25. After our waitress had taken over our order, we only saw her 10:45 when she brought us our drinks. We got our food at 11:10. She said she'd get us forks, but then didn't come back for about 10 minutes, so we didn't have any utensils to eat our wings. The food was good and the staff was friendly as usual, but the wait was extremely long. We left the restaurant at 11:35. Definitely not a place to get a quick bite I understand that many companies are short occupied now, but we counted 14 customers in the restaurant, and 12 employees work during our visit. This is a ratio of 1/1. There is no reason for the service to be so slow when you have empty dining room.

By far the worst culinary experience I've ever had. When we sat down, it took a while until the waitress spoke to us. She joked that she took so long to know our Entree orders. I ordered a sweet tea, the bacon cheese curd burger, and 2 orders from Brezel bites for the table. I finished a glass of tea and then asked our waitress to refill my glass and she never brought it back. Two of our three entrees came from BEFORE the appetizer. About five minutes later, the pulpits came out and we waited for our other duck. Why does it take longer to make a pack than it does a burger and chicken wing? When our third entree finally came to the table, we were thoroughly robbed by Jamie, who coughed in his hands, and then treated with food and drinks without washing her hands. To finish everything, I stopped using the toilet room before we left and it was so disgusting that I didn't even use it. Nasty toilet seats and an overwhelming smell is what it did for me. I understand that everyone is currently occupied, but come to people!! $60 wasted and we will not return.

A friend and I went here to take a bite and the food was delicious. The manager was very friendly and I saw him welcome every table in the restaurant. Our waitress Skyler was also great. She was the only server on the ground at the time, but she was always proactive before we had any needs, so a wait was never a problem. It has been for several years since I was in this place and while the food was always good, the management and the team have made this place up and beyond.

Used to come here all the time back in the day...its gone wayyydown hill. Stopped in to pick up a to-go order. Only 1 waitress working (which should have been our first indication to run)...we ordered food to go to not cause the 1 waitress anymore stress! Got the online exclusive $39.99 deal of 20 traditional wings 20 boneless wings with LARGE FRYS. We got about 1 4 of the size of a SMALL FRY! SMH! Seriously never again!
