Bojangles - Charlotte

It feels they honestly don't even try to get your order correct. it's a 50/50 shot that you'll come home with the right food. I ordered a chicken biscuit with pimento cheese (which you pay extra for) and they gave me the world's smallest chicken biscuit (seriously looks like a chicken mini) with of course no pimento cheese.

It seems like they only want to accept credit cards before the afternoon and that?s it. Every time I go for breakfast or lunch it?s fine but dinner their ?card machine is down.? And it?s every week. Sounds like they need to fix this issue or have workers who want to work.

For third time I ask for a 5pcs Chicken Supremes and only bring 3pcs, it doesn?t matter for the money but if I set and order for 5 is because I want 5 pcs, once I?m at home and open the box is disappointing to get only 3 pcs, I?m not going to tell you about the day O received a Mountain Dew without flavor, rather something like a club soda

Kudos to Ms Mary!! Best Bojangles experience I ever had. The food amazing, the service it was outstanding. It should be example for other restaurants.

This BoJangle?s was awesome.???????? The food was hot and fresh! All of the staff were extremely Friendly especially the lady at the Drive-Thru window! I?m not sure of what her name was, but mannn she was super friendly and had a beautiful smile. I hope this review reaches her, she brightened me and my kids day!
