Bojangles - Charlotte

I ordered the spicy fried chicken and was good fresh., I ordered it with a side mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Very good choice if you are craving fried chicken. The one star is for the horrible customer service from the staff from hell. Bad attitude towards the customers and a very disrespectful demeanor. The crew was cursing at each other, saying profanities out loud. I pointed out the issue to one of the male employees. I hope the owner of this place reads this review so he can take care of the issue. Way too many manny complaints about this place, too bad for the good food.

The food was good. It tasted great and was prepared quickly. Definitely go for the biscuits. It wasn't busy when I went at 1:00 in the afternoon. The restaurant cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The no parking sign (see the picture) in the parking lot really didn't give a welcoming feel either.

Friendly staff made the short wait well worth the yummy contents. We went big with the Family Bucket, and it took all of 3 or 4 minutes to load the goodies fresh and hot from the kitchen. The grandkids loved the cheesy mac chicken fingers. The dirty rice reminded me of our vacation in the bayou :

Good GOD, fries crunchy as hell like eating fat back, sandwich was soggy and looked like it had been sitting for Hours (hopefully not days) The food industry is already struggling to keep afloat cause the pay minimum and no one wants to work, so they are overwhelmed! It?s a horrible!! This here is the out come of it !! Do better please !!!

This location. Beat a homeless man with a chair. Inside of the facility they also. Verbally and physically assaulted him the manager also the employees all because he fell asleep on the toilet! They asked him to leave , and they continually yelled at him and made his and my experience terrible!!! I will never step foot in this place ever again! You people are sick. He is still a person. And this is a place that had a child behind the counter! It?s all on TikTok and it?s so devastating and sad to see!
