The food here is beyond AMAZING.. From the Shrimp Po Boy to their signature “Who Made the Potato Salad” I cannot wait until they move into their own restaurant for the complete dinning experience.. would definitely rate them a ten star establishment if I could.. I’m from Charleston, SC but whenever I’m in Charlotte, “Bite Your Tongue” will definitely be my meal time destination..

This is the best NOLA food in Charlotte. That hot sausage poboy is to die for. Not to mention the gumbo and jambalaya. I lived in NOLA and i the is hard to find authentic food outside of NOLA. But, this one really hits the spot with a home run.
