Arby's - Charlotte

The drive-thru service is quick! The customer service is outstanding; the young lady at the window even inquired if I needed any sauce. This Arby's location is fantastic!

I have to admit, my own choices led me astray. I hadn’t ordered a classic Bratbeef sandwich in 12 years, and that day reminded me why! It was more than just meat—I usually get half the portion, but this time it was far too much. To make matters worse, the bread for the meat was cold! The fries were acceptable, but overall, it didn’t go well. I won’t be coming back.

Awesome 2 for $6.00 choice of delicious beef, lamb Gyros or beef cheddar roast beef equally as good. Super fast drive though and nice employee's. Covid-19 compliant

Nice scene for cheap food. Certainly a top place in the area. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers.

I went through the drive-thru and was asked to wait for my potato cake. When my order finally arrived, my sandwich was wrong. I took it home, where I was met by a rather rude coworker who asked what I had ordered. I told her, and she and some others found it amusing. Hello management, what are your employees responsible for? Aren't they being paid to provide good service?
