This will be my first and last visit. First, my order was incorrect. Second, I arrived 25 minutes after placing my order, and it was not ready at all. Third, the young lady who took my order needs to improve her English skills. Lastly, they did not open my food containers for me to check them like at other places. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!

I was the first customer in the restaurant, but I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food, only to receive a burnt burger. I tried to be courteous and requested a refund, but the manager didn’t even offer an apology. On a positive note, the cashier was friendly.

That was my SPOT. loved her food, especially the Philly Steak and wings Combo. But they recently got a 86 degree to 6/30/2022. Very unacceptable. Can't eat anymore?

I normally eat from the other locations but I placed an order today for a sub and wings. They location seems to be under new ownership and the new owners don?t seem to speak English too well. I found a long strand of brown hair in my sub.. so I called to tell the Manager and he had no idea of what I was saying. I told him that I would just post the review on Google and he replied ?Yeah, ok.?
