Amazing Wok - Charlotte

I went to the restaurant and ordered one dish and two egg rolls. They quickly prepared my order, bagged it, and stapled it shut. I made it home in no time, but realized I was missing one of the egg rolls. I called the restaurant immediately, and they offered me a credit for next time or to come back and get the missing item. I requested an extra egg roll for the inconvenience of driving back, and they agreed. When I returned to the restaurant, they only gave me one egg roll. After I mentioned the mix-up, they reluctantly gave me an extra egg roll. Another customer also experienced a mix-up with their order. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and attention to detail in their take-out service. Although the food is tasty, the experience makes me hesitant to order from them again. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving the restaurant.

I believe they serve the most delicious egg rolls in Charlotte. The crispy wrapper and flavorful, non-mushy filling really stood out to me. The vegetables still had a nice crunch to them. The sesame chicken was tasty, although it appears they use dark meat chicken. The chicken lo mein was also quite good. My main complaint is that the pepper steak we ordered had very little on the plate and lacked flavor. The restaurant is on the small side - our party of five was seated at a regular booth with an extra chair squeezed in at the end. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return just for their amazing egg rolls.

Great food, they really need to use spill proof containers on pick up food orders. Being careful, the order still spilled all over the bag and other food. Please use spill proof containers.

Very yummy! We ordered take-out sweet and sour chicken, shrimp and veggies, mixed Chinese veggies, egg roll, spring roll. All delicious and warm. Would order again.

Love the sauteed Broccoli and veggies and broccoli and shrimp! Would recommend this place to anyone!
