Absolutely terrible experience. Spent in excess of 2 hours there, only the smallest children got their kids meals and that was after 1 1/2 hours, and we were lucky to get 1 drink refill. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the owner was there and was aware but wouldn’t come out. Tried to pay for what we had received already so we could leave and wanted a receipt but was told I couldn’t have a receipt showing payment unless I used a card. Oh and when my family spoke with the owner, once they found him, he told us to pay for what we had and get the f*ck out (which is amazing service). To sum it all up, the service sucks, the little bit of food we received was terrible, and the owner is a coward. Find somewhere else to eat.

I've had several meals here and the food was good and service too. Tonight's meal was a bit different. There were 5 of us but only 3 different meals. 3 of us had fried Red Fish. It was busy and the wait time was more than previous visits but bearable. The sides were fine but the fish was so over cooked it hurt to chew. We will never order that again and it will be a while before I try here again. There are a lot of good restaurants around for now I'll stick with them. The three of us that had the Red Fish agree on that.

I'd like to say we were greeted by a friendly customer wise staff but that wasn't the case. I've worked as hostess in a Mass. restaurant, always greet your guests with a friendly hello. No matter how overworked you are. The first server I spoke to, who directed me back to reception to wait. Ok that's fine. Then the hostess not a friendly greet. Waited awhile for our server, we understand she's busy but again not the friendliest. Staff having a bad afternoon, it was only 12: not a full deck of guests. Manager needs to speak w/staff, always, greet guests with a friendly greeting. After we made our orders, our server warmed up to us. The food was delicious and ya we will be back. This was my second visit. My first couple weeks ago w/other friends; we did have a friendly and accommodating server. Wish i remembered her name. We want to come back. Manager......you need to have a staff meeting. Oh, change your name on Trip Advisor it's listed as Waterside.

We live right by this place and after living here for 9 months finally went in and I wish we hadn't waited! All of our food was great! The service and atmosphere was great! Will be back again!
