I've been here three times. the staff is very friendly and helpful. they have vegan cheese and gluten-free crust.

My recent dining experience at the Galleria location was very disappointing. I have previously visited the University area location and always had a great experience, but this visit left a lot to be desired. We went for dinner around 6pm and the restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered 12 garlic knots, a large pepperoni pizza, and some drinks. We waited a long time for our garlic knots. After another table received their garlic bread, I inquired about our order and was told that they had forgotten about it. Finally, the knots were brought to our table, but they were cold. I returned them and asked for fresh ones, which took even more time. By the time they were ready, we had already eaten a quarter of our pizza. The garlic knots were hot this time, but they were sitting in a pool of olive oil and seasoning. I had to fish them out of the basket to avoid them getting soggy. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this location if this is the type of service and food quality that is offered. The pizza was good, but the garlic knots and service need improvement.

I am from the NYC area and this is the best New York style pizza in Charlotte!! Plus everything else on the menu is great, the cheese steak is great!! I highly recommend this place, don't be fouled by the other so called pizzeria's.

Good stuff!. I like this place. Fast, tasty and affordable. Great for a quick lunch during the work-day!<br/ <br/ I wish they would stop calling their fries 'freedom fries '. That was dumb when it started, and it 's only gotten dumber since.
