Plant Joy - Charlotte

Have eaten here several times with family and friends. It's one of my favorites to visit when I come to Charlotte. Was very sad to hear they are closing soon!

I was there for an event at CNE and needed to grab a bite beforehand. Since everything on the menu was something I could eat, I had no idea what to get. The guy at the counter suggested the “Grilled Greens.” It was hard to hear him so I just nodded and said “sure I’ll have that!”It turned out to be an amazing sandwich, super flavorful, great balance of tastes, bread grilled just right.Will definitely get other things from Plant Joy next time I am at CNE.

We moved to Charlotte over a year ago and have loved Plant Joy the entire time. Everything is just SO flavorful! My favorite is the Grilled Greens. If you order it gluten free, instead of bread, it comes with the same crepe they use for the Socca and Salad. HIGHLY recommend!

The spinach and artichoke dip was so good, it was hard to believe it wasn't real cheese. Falafel sandwich was great but a lot bigger than expected. Pleasant surprise! So great customer service, as well.

Had the grilled greens delicious! Fancy grilled cheese! Friendly staff as well. Recommended for a good vegan lunch!
