Nando's Charlestown

A last minute what do we eat after Friday night at the movies scenario. Off the cuff, we decided what not try Nando's.We had the Mixed Platter (for 2-3 people), half a flame grilled PERi-PERi chicken plus 8 ribs and 4 tenderloins. The tenderloins were so moist and tasty we ordered another 2 servings of them. The pies de resistance was the Seriously Large PERi-PERi Chips.Well done Nando's...we will come again!

It's great to visit a busy store, where staff still makes an effort to upheld this franchise's mission statement. Fresh food, quick and tasty. I recommend this place if you want to have a nice piece of chicken or a lovely sandwich. It's also inspiring to have bacon available. I understand and respect that many Nando's restaurants are halal, however as a crispy bacon lover I looked forward having the salted cured swine in my refreshing pillow of pita, combined with iceberg lettuce, diced cucumbers and tomatoes, melting cheese and a real special sauce; medium peri-peri. I asked the fries with peri-peri salt and added a new discovery: tri-bell pepper sauce. It's unique and I have never seen it in other stores. The staff brought the meal quickly to my table and asked couple of times how everything was. The answer was the same both times: very nice. Locals, cherish this store with your patronage; tourists, give it a go instead of the usual suspects.

Visited Nando's for something different , for was very tasty, but the quantity of food for the money you pay is pretty poor.Not a good option for food on a budget.But if meal deal options are ever available I will be certain to be back

Chicken was not cook through evenly and let waiter know and the response was sorry and walked off. This was at the Kotara site.

We dine at this restaurant often. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they manage to serve our food quickly even when they are busy. The quality of the food is superior to other Nando's locations.
