After spending $60 on entry and $40 on average food, our experience was terrible. The person in charge, who was dismissive towards my children, seemed annoyed by their presence. I observed her being rude to other customers and yelling at the younger staff in front of everyone. When the other half of our group arrived, they were denied entry due to capacity, which I understood. However, even after two families left, she still refused to let them in and questioned my ability to keep up with kitchen orders. As a result, we didn't purchase any additional items for our kids as planned and left. On our way out, we witnessed an elderly individual being turned away with a rude remark about the place being full. The behavior of the person in charge was unacceptable and we will not be returning. I would give zero stars if possible.

Jess, the girl who served me, was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She showed no interest in listening to me or helping me out. I would never go back to this restaurant again.

Children will enjoy this place a lot, so make sure to keep an eye on them. The facilities and layout are really fun for kids, while the food is okay and the coffee is great.

My grand daughter had a great time which was the main thing but staff were far more concerned about me taking in food or drink for an 18 month old than they were about policing the age limit for the toddler area. Toddler area needs a face lift very old and grubby. Cafe was **** and way too expensive. $5.90 for a kids milkshake in a tiny cup!

Been coming here for sometime with grandkids, nieces and nephews and couldn't complain to much. My partner has allergies and finds it difficult to find a container drink that dont affect her so I purchased a natural fruit drink from outside and was refused entry if I was to bring it in. I explained the problem and still unable to bring it in. It's like 12 degrees outside and she had to exit the building just to drink it. Not happy about it and please do not write a message at the end of this mr ot mrs manager as I see your replies are auto generated.
