I went to your Charlestown on Monday and ordered two chicken nachos while waiting on my order I asked a team member did my order come with beans his reply was yes it did ,the team member asked did I not like beans my replied no but that's ok I will wipe the off the young man said thats ok I will make you 2 new orders I was in shock with how helpful and nice it was to fix my order up for me . I just wanted to say thank you so much for the great customer service so many people are very quick to want to complain but hardly Eva let them know when things are great So once again thanks you for the great customer service

This is a franchise of course so you’d imagine you get roughly the same wherever you go… hopefully. I’ve been here before and the food is always of good standard, it’s tasty, it’s a bit different, although over the last few years there’s been a bit of boom in Mexican food so it’s becoming a lot more common.

Love the fresh taste of these, happy to pay more for these than some dirty kebab
