Contribuiți la feedbackHad a special dinner there last night for my boyfriend's birthday. The stuffed clams were out of this world and never disappoint. The oysters Rockefeller were flavorful and delicious, and the daybout scallops with risotto were pan seared to perfection! Our waitress was on point without being intrusive. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
My wife and I went for the Tuesday night special which included salad, entree, dessert, and a chilled bottle of wine for $45. We were seated in the rear dining room, away from the bar, at a nice table for 2 with a candle. We both had the salad, chicken picatta, and a chilled chocolate cake slice. The salad was crisp and cold. The entree was brought out right after the salad. Chicken was perfectly prepared and served over a risotto with fresh spinach and plenty of capers in the sauce, and it was filling and fantastic! The cake was moist and excellent. We had a nice white wine with the meal. The server was polite and attentive but not overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our night out together and will certainly be returning!! Thank-you!
We visited from St. Louis to your area. I have been bragging about our experience ever since. The food was outstanding and better yet the service was the best we have ever had. The waitress accommodated our special requests without batting an eye. We dined on a wide variety off the menu and every dish was truly delicious. The people we dined with were locals and they had never been there before. They will be repeat customers as will we when we return for a visit.
Great meal tonight, Jen our server was awesome! Lobster rolls, calzone and shrimp and lobster scampi were all top shelf!
First of all, I am biased because The Breachway is one of my favorite places to play with the Ten Rod Ramblers on the first Saturday of every month. With that said, my husband and I have travelled there from Seekonk twice in the last few months and have been knocked out by the food. Today Tom had the fish and chips....he shared with me and it was the best I have ever had anywhere. Light, crispy batter and not at all greasy. I had the Dayboat scallops, which were perfectly cooked and accompanied by a risotto with spinach and cherry tomatoes. And what can I tell you about our friend/server Guilio....he's the best! See you on Derby Day!
