Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The staff is the friendliest on the island of any establishment. Food has never not been good. They do chicken stripes right and they do them well.

Bring back the Buffalo bleu zalad. Also, the atmosphere got a 3 only because the women's bathroom had a broken soap dispenser, and I couldn't wash my hands. Hopefully, that will be fixed soon.

Just not my style of chicken. Friendly staff, but probably not enough. Tables were dirty,I did enjoy the fries and coleslaw.

Food was not done as asked to by customer. Specifically asked for my wings to be fried twice because I don't like soft wings. I like my wings to have a bite to it and be a certain color and texture. I know it takes 14 minutes to fry chicken to the specifications I asked and was given my food back in under 9 minutes. Therefore I was lied to by the manager and staff member who was asked was my order done to my specifics. Of course the worker made look like a pain by saying he did when he didn't which lead his manager to obnoxiously tell me that it was done twice when I know it wasn't. I am the fry cook at pizza hut in Las Vegas and make as well as prep the wings. I know what I want because I work with the same fryer and prep the food the same way. I am taking the wings home and putting them on the grill to get them to my specifics. Thank you for ruining my first Zaxby's experience. Zero stars for customer service.

Food was great! Always love Zaxby's. However, this location was great! They were super busy, but their staff was on top of it. The staff had great attitudes and one even helped my kids get their drink while I was tied up. That meant alot to me.
