Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Charleston

I’m only leaving a bad review because the staff is being mistreated here. When visiting, I saw the manager (I think) fuss at employees publicly not only in front of each other but in front of the customers. One of them actually left upset and I’m sure he was embarrassed. I was just shocked because they were providing quickly as possible service during lunch rush hour. I was treated fairly. Not sure if any of them broke rules etc, but people don’t deserve public criticism like that. There’s a time and place for that.

I am a regular here and i just always love love, love! coming here whenever I can! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Whenever i place an order it always comes out in no time and it’s always just incredible! Would rate many more stars if possible!
