Sam's Uptown Café - Charleston

The guy who does the sound upstairs has no sense for an appropriate level for the music between bands. It's so loud you can't have a conversation with your friends. Otherwise, best bar with food in Charleston. Kitchen is open until 2am, although don't always count on getting food as sometimes they will close it earlier.

Reuben was absolutely fantastic! Only reason for 4 vice 5 stars is that my sweet tea was never refilled.

Their wings are out of this world but they can't still improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

It's a bar… but they do a very good job on food too. Great chicken wings.

Not friendly, took forever to get our drinks, burger was okay, but not outstanding.
