Logan's Roadhouse Charleston

We were seated and drink orders were taken quickly. That's about the best I can say. We had to ask for rolls and waited well over an hour for our food after the 25 minute wait to place our orders. I know every where is short staffed, but for that kind of wait I would have expected a little more attention to detail, like ALL of our food to be hot, not some of it hot and other items on the same plate only warm.

I stopped by this restaurant around noon and ordered two medium-cooked burgers. Both were good, but I sent them back to be remade, and they still came out well done. The coleslaw was disappointing, and we ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food. The service was just mediocre. I left feeling very disappointed and hungry, and to top it off, they still charged us for our drinks.

I’m giving this restaurant a 4-star rating because the staff was excellent, although some of the food wasn’t quite to my liking. The chicken pliers were a bit too salty for my taste, but they were still decent—no tendons or fat, and not too tough. One person at our table mentioned that their broccoli was slightly overcooked, while another felt their margarita lacked flavor altogether. However, we had a wonderful time celebrating my grandmother's birthday, and the fantastic staff made the experience enjoyable!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The servers on shift today were fantastic. Our waitress, whose name was Hayam as noted on the receipt, was always attentive and made sure our drinks were full. She checked in with us frequently to ensure we were enjoying our food and had everything we needed, doing so with a friendly attitude. This was by far the best service we've had! As for the food, it was absolutely amazing—everyone left feeling satisfied and happy. After a long day at work, it was such a pleasure to enjoy delicious food and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I came for a Sunday dinner solo and my Steak desire was fulfilled! I had a very warm culinary experience at Logan?s and my steak was perfect! I sat at the bar with Aaron and he was super attentive! Thanks, Logan?
