Two years ago, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when I went to pick up some takeout. The employee who served me didn't wash his hands, which was really off-putting. Additionally, I noticed that there seemed to be a lack of diversity among the staff, as I didn't see any white employees working there.

I absolutely loved the food! The tacos were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Authentic Mexican Grocery and Taco stand. Pretty dang good. Perhaps the best helado I 've had. I 'm gonna go out on a limb and agree on their claim the best tacos in Charelston .

We go for taco box Tuesdays (you can get them any other day but they 're on special for taco Tuesdays) and are never disappointed. Definitely the most consistent place for tacos we have found. We were hesitant to try their birria because you get such a great deal with the taco box but their birria con queso taco trio are stuffed and much bigger than their street taco sized tacos in the box. Oh and super tasty.Fresh salsa has also been great, and I 've treated myself to a horchata a couple of times which has been really good too.Also, they aren 't super convenient for me location-wise, but when I can 't find queso fresco (which is most of the time) I know they will have it and multiple brands to choose from.
