Buffalo Wild Wings - Charleston

Ordered a $70 order online 2 hours before we arrived. Waited 45 minutes past the pick up time at the front entrance waiting for it. They had a line out the door with mobile orders, everyone waiting close to an hour for theirs. Got the food and totally not worth the amount we paid for it. For example our box of fries maybe had 15 fries in it, pathetic. Can't reccomend it with service that bad and the food being that poor.

Worst service I’ve had we got no refills and our waitress messed the orders up countless times. We were inside for 3 hours in total before we got are checks

The food was good let me start there. However, our waitress god bless her had no idea what she was doing. I worked in food service for over a decade so I try to be very understanding but it was clear that she had little to no training in costumer service. It took 15 minutes before we were even greeted, took an additional 10 minutes to get our drinks and 20 minutes before we got our food. Empty restaurant, we never got refills, I think they were even reluctant to give us the ranch I asked for. Portion size of the adult fries and tots were a single layer on the pan and probably a child size. We were only checked on at the end of the meal. I think they prioritized cleaning the restaurant more than waiting tables on Sunday night. Or maybe it's because we have kids and it's not a big night for the sports fans and beer drinkers on sunday. Amazing place! My personal favorite BW3 in the tri state area. Very helpful staff, great food and plenty of sports. A ️
