Tj's Pit Stop - Charles Town

The BLT was amazing. Love this little spot and try to stop anytime my route takes me by here. Very limited semi parking. Also, fellow truckers, be courteous when parking here overnight. Don't make spots where you shouldn't be. The owner is amazing for letting us stay here so let's please not ruin it. Definitely a cool little dive on a backroad.

50’s style diner. Best coffee I’ve had on the road. Best over medium eggs I’ve ever had. Added to my favorites. Big truck parking isn’t optimal but doable. Definitely will come backFood: 5/5

What a sweet place! The food was great and the people working there were so kind. Felt more like eating at a place I've always known instead of for the first time. Highly recommend for good comfort food and lovely folks.Kid-friendliness: Family oriented :

Yum!!! We stopped for dinner because the reviews were good and we wanted to stop somewhere local. Everything was delicious. The homemade chips are great too. Definitely go; you won’t be disappointed.

The food tastes like it was made by people who failed out of Fast Food School and didnt care.The plates and glasses all taste like they have soap on them. Which implies they do use soap to clean, but the building stinks like dirty dishwater.The staff was friendly and sociable years ago but now act like they are doing you a favor by letting you walkbin the door.Cannot recommend even if desperate. Theres two other roadhouses within a couple miles on highway 340, not to mention all the dining in Charles Town.
