I had the most wonderful time at this restaurant after a long time. The people there were lovely. The service was excellent, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will definitely be back.
Watched the world cup match between Belgium and France here. Even though the place was packed, the service was great and the Guinness tasted delicious. Unfortunately, we did not know that they served food... So we ate a crappy burger from a street side window place. The food at Harper's looked and smelled amazing! Huge onion rings with real onion slices! Would definitely recommend this place!
Great bar with delicious food and cocktails, cozy atmosphere, and fun weekend parties.
Spent some crazy nights there when I was living in Charleroi. Great cocktails :
