Mcdonald's - Chardon

Terrible, we ordered 5 mcchickens without mayonnaise and 5 with mayonnaise, but instead they gave us all ten with mayonnaise, how can they screw up the bad! I hope they will see this in writing and learn from their mistakes

The journey was so fast that they had the order wrongly excited and pretended to be our fault for that. instead of fixing the order on the window, they have made my family even more uncomfortable and let my man come in. very bad customer service! if they repeat a command, a person should be given.

Literally wouldn’t even let me finish my order and said nope you can’t order anymore. And then during the whole time of taking my food through the drive through was yelling and screaming profanities!!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will be calling manager in morning!

My sister and i had food there last night. This morning we both have food poisoning. I’m miserable, and she’s miserable. I’ll never come back.

I drive away more than I go. I try to get coffee before work and ususally cant wait in the long slow lines!!
