Hayashi Mayple Japanese - Chardon

Amazing jewel in the small town of Chardon. In the Maple Leaf Plaza of Water St. is the most amazing Sushi and Hibachi restaurant. Walking inside, remains of the old Maple Leaf restaurant are occupied the same space for decades before. The interior has been completely rebuilt with grays, blacks and whites for a modern look. Beautiful flooring and decor throughout. Sushi and Sashimi are facing A. Once you have a visit, you? They reminded me of every visit and even my favorite Sashimi, Uni. In addition, they have always unfiltered my Saki and Ozeki Nigori. The service is not one. Attention, knowledgeable and friendly at every meeting. The menu is extensive with common items and some you have won?t find in big name places in downtown! Of course, they also have their own roles. If you are in Chardon and enjoy Sushi, give this place a shot! If you don't close, it's worth the ride!

Friendly service, great variety, but seems like what I got 6 pieces sushi for here, costs about the same for 8 in other restaurants. I have the Volcano Roll and it was very good, but the value seemed a bit off. Over $2 a piece.

The food was amazing! My drinks on the other side had many fruit flies in them. My first drink I've seen isn't super blown over fruit flies, so I picked it up and drank it anyway. Then I ordered another one, and it had 2 in it, and it was enough not to want. This must be handled. I'm not a complainer, but I'm sure I'm disappointed.

They've been enjoying their food for a few years. The staff is always friendly, friendly and honest. You never even messed up our orders, walked or dipped. I just wish they were open on Mondays. Another 5-star review of me.
