Papa Johns Pizza - Chapel Hill

I ordered a Diet Pepsi, but received regular Pepsi instead. As someone with diabetes, regular Pepsi is basically poison for me. I could have checked the order before bringing it inside, but it was a DoorDash delivery. Even if it had been from Papa John's, by the time I got to the Diet Pepsi, the pizza would have been cold. I settled for Pepsi, even though my preference is Coke. This isn't the first time this has happened—not just with Papa John's but with other restaurants as well. It feels like people don't take soda orders seriously. At least the pizza was decent, and you can't really go wrong with diet, but I'm tired of always having to find the silver lining in frustrating situations.

The pizza arrived quickly and was very fresh. I ordered the Epic Stuffed Crust and was really pleased with my choice. I will definitely order from here again!

The chicken parmesan papa bites were great, but the twix papa bites were burnt.

My pizza arrived hot and fresh, which was fantastic! The extra cheese and pepperoni were excellent. However, my only complaint is that there was too much sauce on the pizza. Overall, I would rate the food a 2/5.
