Domino's Pizza - Chapel Hill

Typically, the food is delicious at this restaurant, but today the crust was not up to par.

This is the worst Domino's I have ever experienced. I will not be ordering from here again. The delivery driver disregarded my request not to place my food on the ground, and when I protested, he forcefully took the receipt board from my hand, injuring my already sore wrist. I called the store to report this behavior, and believe he should be fired. If you don't like your job, then quit. I will never order from this location again. Usually, I tip before receiving my pizza, but I am glad I did not this time. Once again, this is the worst Domino's I have ever encountered.

The restaurant is consistently closed without notice. The weather is nice today, but when I tried to place a pick-up order, I was put on hold immediately. After reading a reply to another customer, I realized I should have been aware of the water issues at this restaurant. It seems like the closures were not an exaggeration, as Google just shared the information with me.

I ordered yesterday for delivery and there was a mix up with what was delivered ? we must have gotten someone else?s order. I called them to let them know and they fixed it right away by putting my order in again and re-delivering quickly. The new pizzawe got was fresh out of the oven and exactly what we ordered. Pleased with how quickly it was resolved; that?s great customerservice!

James was great. Very nice man. I really enjoyed going there. Food was outstanding! Did forget my coke, but before I left the parking lot I went back and got it. They also did not give me my order of wings. I mistaked it as cheese bread. Pandemicspecial. He was the only one working, so it is understandable and I was early. I would definitely go back and loved the food! They will likely be moving across the street by 2023.
