Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I never expected this to happen with a Red Robin. My friend and I got our food and I got broccoli that wasn't all the way steamed. I asked if I could get another batch that was a little softer to eat. Our waiter, the bartender, comes by with our drinks and asks if everything is okay. We said with the exception of my broccoli. He said Oh no and asked who it was and I said the one in my basket? He came into my sandwich basket and pulled the Broccoli container out of the basket where the other half of my sandwich was and took it away. I looked at my friend and I said I didn't eat it. I was very disappointed and will not come back to this place.

Absolutely from this world of Hamburg quality. I'll say Chantilly Red Robin has some of the best burgers I've ever eaten down my hands. It's too bad there's no one in Canada. The staff able Chantilly is also super friendly. ?

Good burgers, this is about as good a burger place as you're going to get in a chain or shopping mall restaurant. Clean, clean restrooms. Good for small children and for a lunch with grandparents. And they have a fair enough beer selection, tasty locals on tap.

I don't eat out often with the family. This place was good. The burger was tasty and cooked just right. Service was great the staff are experienced. Drinks refilled quickly. I like the table top computer that let's you request refills and pay and such.
