Indian Spice Food Market - Chantilly

This is the best Indian restaurant I have visited so far. Yesterday, I purchased some Masala powders and other items to take home. The staff is amazing, particularly a man who kindly informed me of the safety procedures allowing only two people at a time with protective gear. They mentioned that for the past two months, they have been delivering without extra charges and have recently reopened for dine-in customers. The prices are very reasonable and they offer a variety of dishes to try. They also sell meat and have their own kitchen. I am looking forward to enjoying a meal here. I am grateful for the dedication of these hardworking individuals.

The restaurant deserves 5 stars. Firstly, the customer service is excellent. I once asked for a recommendation and the waiter knew exactly what to suggest. This was just one of many instances where they were helpful. All you have to do is ask, and they will gladly assist you. This was further validated one day when I was dining there for a business meeting. As I was leaving, I overheard the waiter answering the phone. The caller seemed to be yelling, but the waiter remained calm and composed throughout the conversation. This is just a small glimpse of the exceptional service that the restaurant provides.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this restaurant, with stale groceries and products being sold here. I once had to return rice that had bugs inside when opened, and the return process was terrible with employees digging through the rice bag for bugs. After multiple phone calls, they finally accepted the return. I have had the same issues multiple times, and it seems like the store may be purchasing stale products to sell at a higher price. Everything from namkeen to grains has a stale smell and taste. Their namkeen peanut bhujiya from the brand Deep is smelly and rancid, as if it has been sitting in the pack for years. Maybe fresh produce is decent, but anything packaged seems to be stale. I was initially excited to have a store close to home, but I will not be returning due to the disappointing experiences I have had. I would rather go to a different store where I am not constantly disappointed by stale products. The prices are not any cheaper either.

I would definitely give this restaurant 5 stars for the exceptional service they provide, especially during festival times. The staff are very helpful and took the time to explain product details when I was confused. I purchased all of my items for the Ganesh Chaturthi Festival from them and highly recommend others to visit their store as well. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other Indian grocery stores.

The homemade food they sell is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is top-notch, with employees always ready to assist customers in finding what they need. Additionally, the store offers a variety of kitchen items and Halal meat. It truly is a one-stop shop for all your needs.
