Costco Food Court - Chantilly

Try to call and order a pizza, but one said the only beats are cheese or pepperoni. They adapted it with their other toppings. Very disappointed.

I love Costco, but I had a terrible experience at the food court. I ordered a pizza when I got in. Then I went to the store so my pizza was ready after I checked out my food. For about 30?min. My pizza had to be ready by then. No. My number wasn't even written in a box. I saw a man after seeing there was only one employee who made pizza. One employee didn't even pay attention to the register. The line was pretty long when I went back to pick up my pizza. The man and an employee looked at my receipt and said it wasn't ready? doesn't even check if my number was on a pizza box. Remember that?s was on the line so waited another 15min. The man leaves once? Another employee comes. So there are still two employees. The second employee looks at my receipt and can find the number in a pizza box. That? When the answers it was? not even written on a box. So it's over 10min. Then they try to give me a pizza. When I ordered half and half. B/c did they say it? ll take another 15-20min to make mine because they did not even notice it was?t on a pizza box. So I waited for her 20min. total waiting time about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Terrible and bad service. The least they could? ve made is me give a free pizza or hotdog. I'm getting it to do, but you're making a food dish. Expect that you have rush hours. How will you have 1 person back for dinner? Please have at least 3 pages. When I ordered the pizza, there were two employees. But when I picked up my pizza, there was one. So I suspect that the person who went did not pay attention to any tickets and just threw them away. And either leave because his shift is over or out of range. But he should never have left without being replaced. He should be honestly fired, but I know that employment is hard nowadays. Overall, I think should I? ve got something free.

As far as Costco food court goes this one was subpar. I was there on a Friday evening and had to spend over 30 minutes waiting in line to get 1 slice of pizza. Their food options were very limited compared to what I have seen in other Costcos. Giving it 2 stars only because the person working at the cashier was very friendly.

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. How can you go wrong with a $1.50 hot dog with a drink. As to the rest, not as lot of choice but good for what it is. Some like the pizza, some don 't. The newer healthy choices like the soy protein salad and the acai berry dessert are a nice addition.

Full disaster. Inability at the best.
