Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chantilly

Delicious in any way you want to wrap Burrito or in a bowl. Cilantro rice are just perfect. We cook beef and chicken. Just be patient during lunch because the line is really long. Team members are nice. I prefer to go commands instead of dining.

Every time I left, there's something guacamole or salad missing. I don't think their employees are well trained. Usually I go 2 different chips twice a week, this location in Chantilly or one in Fairfax from Main Street. I wish these employees could train at the Fairfax location.

Great food and happy service team. The remaining room needs some reworking. And maybe the beverage department can be moved in front of the toilet. Large parking space.

Terrible situation to avoid at all costs! This is not my first bad experience. I went there yesterday to order 3 articles for my family and the staff was rude. The woman who took my order rolled her eyes when she saw that I ordered 3 items and when I asked for Salsa, they refused to give it to me. I also ordered page of tortillas for which they accused me, but not included in my pocket. I ordered and paid Guacamole? It wasn't in my pocket either. When I asked her for all my missing items, the staff refused to give it and said we were sorry? They already accused me and then refused to give me my stuff. When I asked for her name, they refused to give me their name and instead gave me the manager business card that said I could complain about this manager. Overall, staff in this situation is not friendly, does not work efficiently. The whole staff is so rude and racist. This place should CLOSED!!!!

I alway enjoy my lunchtime favorite at chipotle. It can be very busy at lunch time, and I try to get there either before or after the rush. There food is always freshly prepared. They have issues with keeping things tidied up on the preparation station at times. Don?t think I haven?t mentioned this to them constantly. Food born illnesses are real. But I haven?t ever gotten sick eating there.
