Pizza Patrón Sheldon Road

I have been ordering from the Sheldon location for about 3 years, I always had a good experience, until today. Lady controlling the register ignored me when I walked in, I said I was picking up an order and she walked away, started putting pizzas in boxes. When another few people walked in, she finally asked me what I was there for. I told her again my name. She then walked over and got my food. Seemed like she didn't care about customer. At one time I would have given them a 5 but here lately they mess up our order all the time. Just in the last month we ordered twice. We asked for chicken spinach and they didn't add chicken. Second time we had 1 pepperoni 1 hawaina and a spinach, wings, quesostix and a drink. They call us to inform they are out of spinach so we ask for choriqueso and they said they where out of chorizo so we asked for plain cheese . We pick up order get home and we get 2 hawaianas 1 cheese burnt quesostix and no drink. We love their pizza but their service is just not cutting it. We called to let them know and they don't answer. We always have to order online because they don't answer and when they do the order is wrong. Now even ordering online they're getting it wrong.

Great service and my order is always ready right on time. The pizza is delicious!

The pizza here is incredibly delicious, and they are more than willing to customize it exactly how you want!

Although this place is a bit more expensive than Little Caesars, it's definitely worth it because the pizza is so much better.
