The ladies at the window ate always friendly, waiting in the line is not bad in considering the customer flow, and eating is always fresh.

I'm not sure if the cashier was shy or just rude. There was no greeting or enthusiasm, and he didn't even smile. He also didn't confirm that he had my order right. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with two tacos and was a bit surprised when my total came to over $14. When I checked my receipt, I realized that instead of the tacos, he had charged me for a sourdough Jack! Luckily, the manager stepped in to correct the mistake and refunded me the price difference.
