Kouzina Epe - Chania

So satiated : very lovely meal. The grilled mushrooms, tzatziki, dolmades were delicious. The staff is chilled out and friendly,the dessert (pannacotta on the house was so delicious as well. I wouldn't mind coming back.

Homemade Cretan food, sort of a fancy canteen. Good prices, very tasty interesting meals, cosy place, plus water an incredible (greek yoghurt) panna cotta on the house what more can you want?

One of the best reastaurants in Crete. The food, meat, cheese everything is well selected and prepared. Old Cretan habitt to see the meals in the cassarols is met with new cullinary aproach. Whatever you select is excellent. Stuff is super friendly. But please dont eat the meals as Europeans do. ! Share the Plates ! In the Cretan way

I can describe this restaurant in the city centre of Chania as a large homemade restaurant. The restaurant, which is usually preferred by locals, has a very wide menu. While some dishes come as standard every day, some are made exclusively for this day. Meals are served directly at your choice in the restaurant, which has an open kitchen. If you are foreigners, they help by explaining the dishes we see in the pots to you. You also have a menu that you can find on your table for the dishes they prepare every day. We liked the restaurant that we went to Chania on the first day and became familiar with the Cretan cuisine. It was our only choice for lunch during our days in Chania. The restaurant you can see on the photos has tables both inside and outside. The staff was always friendly, polite and professional. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were hearty. After each meal they offered Desserts that we didn't know what it was, but that we liked to taste. Of course there were also Raki contracts. We liked every dish we ate, but our favorite dish was chestnuts, soots and mushrooms, whose name we cannot remember. If you see it in the menu, try it safely.
